This new version of Charles Dickens's classic tale has been carefully, lovingly, and respectfully crafted by the author and academic Dr Daniel K. Fletcher's revision is possibly the first Young Adult version of the Carol available on the market. There have been countless children's versions of the Carol released, but these have almost always shortened and simplified the story, removing much of the powerful description and depth of meaning from Dickens's original text. Fletcher's re-telling is aimed at more mature young readers who are ready to begin exploring Dickens's story in all its original complexity.
