Om Between Two Places
Mildred, the main character of this book, has been
recently widowed and is trying to maintain an existence
between her two grown children. She feels shuffled around,
unsettled, and isolated in her ever-maturing world. Travels,
especially on airplanes, cause added stress. Left alone at the
boarding gate, Mildred can hear some of the passengers
express their life's dilemmas. Her emotions are stirred in every
way possible. She forms opinions from what she hears. How
can she help those who need help? How can she keep her
mouth shut when she wants to rant and rave? You will, hopefully,
want to follow her on every page as the plot thickens.
