Christianity According to the Christ

What passes for Christianity is not-- not even close. Unsaved Christians are forever learning, but never able to acknowledge the Truth, or the Lord Jesus Christ. Many pursue contrived Pauline doctrines. Others act like spoiled little children and covet worldly riches. The sacred cows of religion saunter through church services each and every Sunday. Their hollow, but seductive promises captivate and entrance parishioners throughout the coming week. Idolatrous fixes are temporal at best.
Unless Institutional Christianity returns to the simplicity of the Gospel, namely the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ, she will continue to mislead and shipwreck unsuspecting people of all persuasions. Jesus is the Key to understanding the Old and New Testaments, and for that matter, all of life. Only in a close, intimate relationship with Jesus can anyone be transformed into a child of God. Believers must begin with Jesus, journey with Jesus, and finish with Jesus. The Christ determines Christianity, and Him alone.
