My book is about health, fitness and nutrition to help people of all ages get into a better condition and healthier lifestyle. The book also contains knowledge to help maintain a healthy diet with some guidelines to the nutrition you need to put in your body. Last but not least, I have demonstrations of workouts to help give ideas to those that never worked out or for those that have but feel like their not doing it correctly to see the proper way of doing so. The book gives readers ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance, endurance, and strength, fatigue, and stress and reduced sedentary behavior.
