The work-book like this and others of similar category have a comprehensive plan of addressing content areas duly specified by the boards of studies. Answer sheets are there for some selected sheets. Rest of the other sheets kept off the side for enabling the exploratory drive of fellow students active. We are expecting their active participation in the learning and facilitation drives.
