Om Gensei Ryu Martial Arts
Genseiryu is a Japanese martial art that was developed there. In the 1950s, Seiken Shukumine established the organization. Genseiryu integrates components from numerous martial arts, including judo, kempo, karate, and aikido. The term "Genseiryu," which roughly translates to "Original Force Style," places significant emphasis on the execution of fluid and effective combat maneuvers.
Physical and mental development are emphasized in the Genseiryu method of martial arts instruction. It consists of striking, kicking, grappling, joint lock, and throwing techniques. In addition, practitioners of martial arts devote attention to philosophical considerations, respiration techniques, and meditation.
While enseiryu may not be as extensively adopted as other martial arts, it has amassed a devoted fan base, especially in Japan and other countries. Its practical self-defense applications and emphasis on adaptability and fluidity in combat situations have earned it a reputation.
