Om Handfuls of Purpose
Need a favor? Whether large or small, to ease the moment or change our lives forever, the truth is we all need favor at some point in our lives. So, you have to ask the question, how do I get favor into my life? This is the question author Ron Davis answers in his latest book, Handfuls of Purpose: Finding Favor with God and Man. Compiled from Bible lessons through his years as a Speaker and Sunday school teacher, the stories within this book reveal how favor can be obtained both from man and God. "Doubt keeps you seated on the couch when favor knocks at your door." Biblical giants such as Abraham, Joseph, and Noah found extraordinary favor in their lives. But how did ordinary people like Ruth and Rebekah, or even not so perfect people like Rahab, attract God's favor into their lives? By looking deeply into their lives, Ron helps you see that the Bible is more than just a dusty old book--the Bible is alive with lessons that contain life-giving truths. These stories reveal practical truth you can use today to attract the favor of God and man to your life. In this book you will learn what attracted God's favor to the ordinary people in the Bible like: Naomi, Ruth, Rahab, and Boaz Eliezer and Rebekah A Shunammite woman A Canaanite mother Mephibosheth A woman at a Well As you read their stories you will uncover the truths that attract favor into your life. God is looking for those who are ready to receive favor in Handfuls of Purpose.
