Om Islam
Islam is a prominent international religion that was introduced in Arabia in the seventh century CE by the Prophet Muhammad. The core religious concept of Islam is revealed by the Arabic phrase islām, which means literally "surrender." It states that the believer accepts surrender to the will of Allah. It is believed that Allah is the only God, the one who created, sustains, and repairs the world. The holy books, the Qurʾān, which Allah revealed to his messenger Muhammad, reveal Allah's will, which all people are required to adhere to. Muhammad is regarded as the final prophet in Islam, following Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Solomon, and Jesus. His teachings also complete and culminate the "revelations" ascribed to the other prophets.
