A child of the sacred Artibonite, a worthy citizen and proud patriot, Monferrier Dorval is Haitian. A true Haitian. Educated at the École nationale de Grande Saline, the Lycée national Alexandre Pétion and the Université d'Etat d'Haïti, Monferrier Dorval is a child of the Republic. A leading lawyer and law professor, and President of the Port-au-Prince Bar, he was assassinated on the evening of Friday 28 August 2020, in his private residence.
