As Mr. September in the Sexy Public Servants Charity Calendar, firefighter Joe Marino is used to turning heads. But this firefighter has dark past, which is why he needs Taylor Krebs' photography. When Joe asks her to shoot burn victims pro bono for the project Joe is spearheading, she tries to resist his smoldering charms. Still reeling from a crazy ex, Taylor wants to focus on her degree and fledgling business, not a new romance.

Yet Joe won't take no for an answer. He's determined to persuade Taylor to photograph survivors for a book supporting the Burn Recovery Support Group. And despite her reservations, she finds herself falling for this gorgeous man on a mission.
