REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR tells the story of a four-year investigation into racketeering, corruption and election fraud in the State of Arizona by John Harris Thaler and his team at Harris/Thaler Law. It also covers the abduction of the author's son, McKinley Harris Thaler, in September 2020 as part of a misguided plot to stop the investigation.
