Om Tendonitis
Tendonitis, alternatively rendered tendinitis, is a pathological state distinguished by tendon inflammation. Tendons, which are substantial fibers responsible for connecting muscles to bones, are essential for facilitating joint mobility. Tendonitis frequently arises due to excessive workload or repetitive stress on a specific tendon, resulting in inflammation and irritation.
Tendonitis is characterized by the presence of pain, inflammation, and tenderness in the affected region. In many cases, motion of the affected joint aggravates the discomfort. Continent upon the afflicted tendon, tenditis may manifest in shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, and ankle joints, among others.
