Chijioke Chris Ohuruogu, educated at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and the University of Lagos, also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, is a Professor of Law ;had served as Dean of Law at Baze University Abuja and Benson Idahosa University of in Benin city. He was one-time Head of Department of International Law, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, among others.
