Om Tridimensional Do Direito
The Three-dimensional Theory of Law is regarded as being Miguel Reale'smain contribution to the field and is founded upon the critical theory of the Frankfurt School. Hegelian postulation and Kantian ethics are both considered key to the Three-Dimensional Theory of Law. The ontological dimension proposed by Reale uses Hegelian dialectic on the one hand, while also using Hegel's breakdown of identity on the other. Miguel Reale's expression of Critical Theory had time to mature before being recognized internationally in 1968 and 1969.Still, the Three-Dimensional Theory of Law is mainly founded on logoV, which is logoV logikoV and logoV apojantikoV (apophantic speech). Each legal postulation uses this system differently; legal positivism, naturalism and realism all give different functions to linguistic judgment and truth. Each sphere of designation defines criticism and the place of alhqeia with some even positioning the contingent as a postulate or otherwise directing toward an immanent transcendent unity. In this work, using the foundations of Aristoteles and the Frankfurt School, we intend to understand the place and some propositions of the Three-dimensional Theory of Law and Theory of Justice of Miguel Reale.
