Ukraine and European Security

A politically stable Ukraine at peace with its neighbours is crucial for European security. This study analyzes some of the commonly voiced concerns in Europe over Ukraine's independence such as the evolution of democracy and the potential of ethnic Russian-based anti-independence mobilization.
