Waking up in a Strange World 3

What will the next day bring? That was the last thing that entered my mind before I slipped into dreamland, or wherever I went? I woke up briefly; the world blurred with lights in my eyes. The sounds of hard tile and squeaky wheels, and strange garbled alien voices, then fell back asleep. The next time I awoke everything was back to normal, my room, my collections, my pillow. But things are not quite as they were. There was no Piper, or panty-less hot raven-haired schoolgirl, but a large-breasted woman wearing a bovine inspired sexy bikini and accompanying hair accessory.
