Om A Plant Based Protocol: To Health, Healing & Longevity
Many people have wanted us to write a 'protocol' to define our lifestyle and dietary approach. During our many years of research and delving into other 'protocols and ways to improve one's health we found them to be so very structured, defined and authoritarian as to be unachievable for many, even most to follow. What do we mean when we refer to 'Lifestyle Disease'? It is the many, too many, diseases that impact most Nation States who have adopted what is commonly referred to as a "Western Diet". This diet consists of mostly 'processed' foods, packaged and treated with chemicals and additives that are intended to extend the shelf life of a product; often without consideration of the health/nutritional impact with its consumption. We have been there, endured that and Pray/Hope to help others avoid or reverse these lifestyle diseases. Not with drugs and prescription medicines, surgeries and other barbaric practices but by Simply Nutritional approaches that are mostly more effective, longer lasting and much less costly!We will now present the foundation of our approach or protocol if you wish.
