The Leadership Scorecard

The Leadership Scorecard is a book that examines Black leadership over the last 50 years. Thirteen Black leaders, past and present, are profiled. At the end of each chapter, they are rated and given a score hence the term the Leadership Scorecard. The author's intent is to persuade readers to examine Black leaders critically and to provide them with criteria with which to evaluate and judge Black leadership going forward. Lastly, this book seeks to challenge the public perceptions of the individuals profiled in the book that are largely the result of their depictions in the media.
